Dynamic Store Experience Professional

This is a full-time role as a Traveling Retail Merchandising Specialist. The successful candidate will conduct installation and maintenance work, including general merchandising tactics.
Key Responsibilities- Install and build displays, fixturing, and endcaps, involving the setup of security, cabling, wiring, monitors/media players, and audio connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues necessary to ensure displays are fully functional and meet maintenance requirements.
- Lead teams on multi-rep projects and assist with training as needed.
- Meet ad-hoc maintenance requirements, including store service within 48-72 hours, independently troubleshoot and enable a fully functional display given necessary parts, and local travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage.
- Available to work 40 hours per week minimum and 45-50+ hours per week based on business needs.
- Report the status of each store visit accurately to show success in achieving objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity.
- Experience using tools required to maintain displays.
- Experience in troubleshooting and fixing display issues.
- Ability to independently manage an assigned area and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
