Job Opportunity

This role involves empowering anyone to delegate work to the AI workforce by building a new type of automation platform for creating and using AI agents that replicate human quality work, decision making and collaboration.

The Job Description

You will be developing next-generation AI-powered applications as part of our team. This includes working on real, user-facing AI features that leverage large language models and agents across the product. Your responsibilities will include prompt engineering, AI-powered backend services, and full stack implementations (APIs, microservices, and frontends alike).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Agents and Multi-agent systems: Design and implement AI agents and extend existing agents with new capabilities.
  • Develop Tools for agents: Build complex tools for agents such as computer use and browser use.
  • Multi-agent orchestration and tool calling: Research and develop systems for how agents should collaborate and how agents should call tools.
  • Fullstack development: Build and maintain production-grade APIs and AI-powered features, from backend services to user-facing experiences.
  • Evaluate and improve: Evaluate AI's performance using evaluations and tests, then iterate on prompts, agent tools and orchestration to improve output quality and reliability.
