Cloud AI Engineer Role
We are seeking an experienced Cloud AI Engineer to help drive innovation and digital transformation in our organization.
This specialist role involves leveraging artificial intelligence to automate the deployment, remediation, and alteration of cloud services and environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply AI (via Amazon Bedrock and related AWS AI services) to automate the deployment, remediation, and alteration of cloud services and workloads.
Build automation flows that optimize operations, reduce manual intervention, and improve reliability and security across cloud environments.
Create and manage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enable intelligent automation and decision support, leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, Kendra, and OpenSearch.
Integrate AWS SDKs with AI frameworks to orchestrate infrastructure changes, trigger automated remediations, and manage configuration drift.
Automate monitoring, observability, and security responses through CloudWatch, IAM, CloudTrail, and Splunk.
Use Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or equivalents) as part of AI-driven automation approaches for cloud environments.
Incorporate elements of the AWS Well-Architected Framework into automation pipelines to ensure compliance and operational excellence, while maintaining focus on practical automation outcomes.
Work with platform and customer teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation that accelerate change and reduce risk.
Requirements
AWS Solution Architect Professional-level expertise, with a strong track record across core AWS services.
In-depth understanding of Amazon Bedrock and other AWS AI/ML services, with proven application in automation contexts.
Strong skills in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or others), focused on automation over manual deployment.
Experience designing and implementing RAG solutions on AWS.
Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and the ability to integrate its checks and principles into automated workflows.
Hands-on experience applying automation to observability and security tooling (CloudWatch, IAM, CloudTrail, Splunk).
Expertise with AI automation frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Kendra, OpenSearch).
Advanced programming and scripting skills with AWS SDKs to connect AI models and automation pipelines.
