Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced medical receptionist to support our busy cardiology practice. The role is part-time, working 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an efficient and courteous service to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • General administration tasks including patient billing, cash collection, receipting, and reconciliation.
  • Confidentially manage patient medical records.
  • Prepare rooms, equipment, and paperwork for various tests and procedures.
  • Compose letters, reports, and other documents as required.
Requirements:
  • A reliable team player with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Possess recent experience in medical specialist reception and Genie software.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
