We are seeking a Senior Manager to spearhead the development of a powerful state growth strategy, forge strategic partnerships across industry, government, and community, and champion our brand.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in business development, sales, and stakeholder engagement, preferably within the aquatics, recreation, education, or sport sectors. They will be passionate about building relationships and negotiation at all levels.
This role involves establishing and strengthening partnerships with aquatic centres, councils, schools, and community organisations, as well as driving enrolments and awareness of our programs and professional development.
The Senior Manager will also represent our organisation at industry events, conferences, and community forums, working collaboratively with the National Office on projects, outreach, and business development.
