Aquatic Program Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Aquatic Program Manager to lead and inspire our swim school team. This is a fantastic leadership opportunity to shape our aquatic programs and create exceptional experiences for our community.

As Aquatic Program Manager, you will oversee the delivery of quality programs, provide strong team leadership, and foster a culture of service excellence and innovation. You will plan and organise lessons, identify new initiatives, and ensure students feel supported and motivated in their swimming journey.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Implement and promote aquatic programs in line with Belgravia Leisure standards.
  2. Drive processes to ensure the success of aquatic programs.
  3. Support delivery of business objectives and events calendar.
  4. Assist with incident and accident investigations as required.
  5. Achieve key performance indicators including financial performance, participation, and retention.
  6. Maintain high net promoter scores and mystery shop results.
  7. Manage budgets and prepare reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Swim School environment.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Alignment with our values: integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect, leadership, and accountability.
  • Confidence to deliver swim classes when needed.

Qualifications:

  • National Police Check
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
  • Current Swim Certificate - Water safety and swimming instruction
  • Swim extension certificates (desirable)
  • Previous Swim School Coordinator experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia
