We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team.
As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance.
Main Responsibilities:- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide first and second level technical support to resolve end-user issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough Root Case Analysis (RCA) on complex system issues to identify and resolve underlying causes.
- Issue Identification and Prioritization: Accurately identify, evaluate and prioritize end-users' issues, requests and/or questions to ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with software development teams to improve application performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology or related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years experience with systems implementation and support.
- Skillset: Strong aptitude for multi-tasking and working in a dynamic environment. Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.
