Senior Technical Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role as a Senior Technical Specialist. You will play a pivotal part in managing and optimizing enterprise application capabilities, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of critical systems.

You will be responsible for leading technical teams, coordinating projects, and managing a pipeline of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

  • Providing Level 2/3 ITSM support within an ITIL framework, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.
  • Configuring and administering cloud-based and on-premises applications, including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Overseeing application integration and middleware management, including Azure Service Bus and API Management.
  • Ensuring application security through best practices, including Azure Role-Based Access Control and OAuth 2.0 protocols.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate technical teams, strong expertise in system configuration, administration, and cloud/hybrid infrastructure, experience with application integration, database management, and security configuration, and proficiency in automation tools such as Azure DevOps pipelines and Bicep Templates.
