Seeking a forward-thinking architect to lead the development of strategic solutions for service providers, aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will design and integrate complex solutions addressing end-to-end initiatives, encompassing hardware, software, and services.

Solution Design and Integration:

This role requires deep knowledge of service provider technologies, AI, cloud-related technologies, business trends, service delivery practices, and automation technologies.

Technical Expertise:

The successful candidate will translate complex requirements into secure, reliable, and scalable architectures that meet high standards of quality and repeatability.

Communication and Relationship Building:

The principal architect will build lasting relationships within the organization, with customers and partners as a trusted advisor, and maintain a visible industry presence through patents, standards contributions, blogs, whitepapers, speaking engagements, etc.

Mentorship and Learning:

The principal architect will mentor and support professional development, participate in knowledge sharing within communities, drive problem-solving, resolve open issues, engage senior leadership, and align stakeholders.

Work Environment:

A degree in computer science or related field, 15+ years of relevant service provider experience, and an active technology enthusiast with public/industry forum presence on technology vision and roadmap.
