Lead Program Architect

Your new company Top Federal Organisation, which is an independent statutory agency that supports a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a substantial and permanent disability and their children and carer(s).
Your new role Leads a team of solution and cyber architects across fraud-related projects.
Accountable for designing and delivering architecture solutions that support data platforms, service enhancements, and digital transformation to strengthen the client's fraud detection and compliance.
Provides strategic design leadership across complex, cross-program initiatives aligned with the client's broader goals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead complex cybersecurity projects in a dynamic environment.
Develop and manage resilience initiatives during major change.
Oversee budget tracking and reporting.
Set and guide IT security standards and policies.
Enhance an organisation's security posture through process and capability improvements.
Provide expert advice on cyber risks during procurement.
Coordinate vendor-led Cyber Risk Assessments.
Engage regularly with business stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed Ample experience of leading architecture solutions with a strong track record of success.
Deep technical expertise in designing solutions for large, complex projects, balancing strategic and tactical goals.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
Strong experience in managing architecture practices and leading architecture teams.
Skilled in translating business needs into technology solutions and strategic roadmaps.
Experienced in mentoring teams, facilitating design reviews, and engaging senior stakeholders.
