Strata Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Portfolio Manager to join our Brisbane team.
The successful candidate will work with an experienced team and consistently promote key values of professionalism, integrity, respect and trust.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Managing correspondence via phone and written communications
- Preparation and distribution of budgets, agendas and minutes
- Attending meetings, both committee and general
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislative requirements
Requirements for the role include:
- A minimum of 3 years prior experience as a Strata Manager
- Experience with BMS and layered schemes
- Strong customer service skills, including dispute resolution abilities
- Possess high attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
