Senior Operations Manager Role

This senior-level operations and training position is suited for candidates with substantial BC/strata experience looking to pivot into a leadership/mentoring capacity.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Solid experience within Body Corporate/Strata Management

About the Position

Leadership Opportunity in Body Corporate/Strata Management

The Senior Operations Manager will oversee internal operational processes and ensure portfolio consistency across the team. They will coach and support junior and developing Body Corporate Managers, help structure portfolios to match skill levels and client needs, act as a point of escalation for complex matters, and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development initiatives.
