Strata Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to manage a portfolio of residential buildings and develop strong relationships with our customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in any situation.
  • Lead and facilitate Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings, providing guidance to shape the community's future.
  • Prepare accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, supported by specialized departments.
  • Apply your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.
  • Oversee the maintenance of insurance policies and coordinate necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.

About You:
  • You are a skilled problem solver who excels at delivering solutions.
  • You have at least 2 years' experience as a Strata Manager and knowledge of commercial portfolios, including familiarity with strata legislation.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively convey complex information to others.
  • You are a relationship builder who thrives on finding win-win solutions and turning detractors into promoters.
  • You are a results-oriented individual who takes action and delivers on commitments, achieving your goals and celebrating successes.
  • You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office and financial reports, including budgets.
