About the Role

As a Customer Success Representative at Shift, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customized plans to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess customer needs and provide actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on relationship-building and account growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
