Content Creator Opportunity

As a Content Publisher, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end website content using our Content Management System (CMS). Your role will involve ensuring updates are accurate, timely and aligned with brand and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the online content production process, including brief creation, creative rounds, and content build
  • Ensure online content adheres to guidelines across creative, brand & accessibility at each stage of the production process
  • Build and schedule content across websites in accordance with set go-live dates and ensuring timely removal of expired content
  • Act as a primary user of our Content Management System (CMS), ensuring its features are effectively utilised
  • Coordinate the post verification process (PVT) ensuring any content amendments are actioned in an accurate and timely manner
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to promptly identify and resolve content errors and incidents in line with our escalation processes and maintaining accuracy and compliance

Proficient in Content Management Systems is essential. Proven technical capabilities, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and platforms is also required. Basic coding skills are desirable.

About You
  • Previous experience in eCommerce, Marketing, Digital Content
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, with the ability to confidently manage spreadsheets and support day-to-day operations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Natural collaborator with the ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with stakeholders
