**About the role**:
As the Online Content Coordinator for Coles Online, you will develop & manage the content briefing process for Coles Online, to deliver the Customer Trade Plan across both web & App platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop a content briefing process to ensure the delivery of the customer offer
- Responsible for ensuring that all content briefs for the Coles Online team are delivered on time and meet business guidelines
- Support the Site Operations Manager in coordinating information cross functionally with the Online Trade, Marketing and design teams
- Build and manage the content author workflow
- Manage the content approval process
- Embed Content processes into the wider business Trade Planning Rhythm

**About you and your skills**:

- Extensive experience as a content producer or similar role
- Experience working with a CMS (AEM preferable) and on Analytical tools e.g. Adobe or Google Analytics
- Experience working to deadlines using project management tools e.g. Trello
- Ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer First Mindset
