Content Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Content Specialist to join our team and contribute to shaping the online narrative that resonates with our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of end-to-end content production, from brief creation to build, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
  • Creative use of our Content Management System (CMS) for effective coordination of content updates and management of go-live dates to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to promptly identify and resolve content errors and incidents, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Partnership with the Production Manager to identify opportunities for content and process improvements within the CMS and production workflow.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in eCommerce, Marketing, Digital Content, preferably in retail.
  • Proficiency in Content Management Systems and basic coding skills desirable.
  • Strong technical capabilities, ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills, keen eye for detail and flexibility in hours worked.
