Online Content Support Specialist

This role plays a key part in transforming patient care through designing online content.
The PositionPrimary purpose of this position is to provide day-to-day support for the Learning Management System (LMS), collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Create and manage courses, programs, automated and manual audience enrolment rulesets, and produce reporting within the LMS.
- Utilize incident management systems to record, track, update, reassign and resolve incidents.
- Support and educate staff on accessing the LMS and online content hosted within it.
- Maintain and support the routine daily operations of the LMS, including troubleshooting and addressing any issues.
This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care through innovative learning solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment and possess a deep understanding of learning management systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
