Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and team members to create seamless, compliant, and positive recruitment experiences.
  • Support and coordinate the behind-the-scenes magic – from inbox management, compliance checks, Recruitment Reporting, through to candidate care.
  • Share ideas and find smarter ways to attract, engage, and welcome amazing people into the organization.

Requirements

The successful candidate will need to possess:

  • Experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition activities.
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Office (or similar) – spreadsheets and documents must be always accurate and polished.
  • Strong communication skills, engaging people from all walks of life via phone and email.
  • The flexibility to juggle competing priorities without losing attention to detail.
  • A curiosity to learn about the disability sector and a passion for contributing to meaningful change.

To meet these requirements, the following clearances are necessary:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Driver's license (if travel is part of the role).
  • International Police Check if you've lived overseas in the last 10 years.
