- Logistics & Supply Chain Performance: Oversee efficient logistics and supply chain management to boost customer satisfaction.
- Talent Management: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams.
- Financial Acumen: Guide operational budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Risk & Compliance: Champion workplace health & safety and ensure compliance across all operations.
