Overview

At 4WD Supacentre, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive year-on-year growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for setting, communicating, and executing the store strategy to achieve financial targets.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate will receive a base salary starting from $120,000 + Superannuation, plus up to $70,000 per year in commission. This attractive compensation package reflects our commitment to rewarding high-performing team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the store strategy to deliver year-on-year growth.
  • Monitor and analyse financial targets, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Effectively staff the store during seasonal peaks and troughs.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and sales skills.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A proven track record of success in sales management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  • Flexibility to work Wednesday-Sunday shifts.
