About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Casework Specialist to provide high-quality services for young people in Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC).

The successful candidate will be responsible for effective planning, implementation, monitoring and review of case plans to achieve permanency and identified outcomes.

The ITC Caseworker will work closely with the ITC team to provide a holistic therapeutic response that supports young people to heal from trauma and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised case plans that address the unique needs of each young person
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor degree in social work, youth work, community services or a related field
  • Experience working with young people with complex trauma and an understanding of adolescent development, trauma, attachment and resilience theory
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in casework practice preferably in OOHC or child protection
