We are seeking motivated and passionate personal trainers to join our team at Sippy Downs club.
As a sub-contractor, you will work on your own terms, creating personalized health and fitness programs for our members. You will deliver one-on-one personal training and small group training sessions, building and managing a client base with the support of our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to grow their business while helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver customized health and fitness programs for clients.
- Build and manage a client base with support from our team.
- Participate in our Transform8 program, gaining exposure to members and potential clients.
- Certification in Personal Training (Cert III & IV), First Aid/CPR Certification, ABN, and Insurance.
- Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for helping others achieve their goals.
- High energy, charisma, and communication skills to engage and motivate members.
- A thriving culture and growth opportunities.

- A massive member base, ready to take their fitness journey to the next level.
- Client progress tracking and PT exposure through 360° mirrored posing rooms and body scanner.

- A build-up phase for rent, allowing new PTs to gradually build their client base before full rental payments begin.
