The Role:You'll be an integral part of our team as a Personal Trainer, critical for member engagement. Your role is to make members feel welcome from the moment they join our club, motivating, inspiring, and guiding them through their fitness journey.
You will work independently within our facility, creating your own hours and growing your business.
Key Responsibilities:- Create personalized health and fitness programs & deliver 1:1 Personal Training and Small Group Training Sessions.
- Build and manage a client base with warm leads provided.
- Participate in Transform8 – As part of our 8-week challenge, PTs participate in group classes, gaining direct exposure to members and potential clients.
- Cert III & IV in Personal Training, First Aid / CPR certification, ABN & Insurance.
- A strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.

- Client Progress & PT Exposure – Access 360° mirrored posing rooms & a body scanner for tracking progress, plus feature your PT profile on our website for added exposure.
- Social Media & Advertising – PTs get to post on our club social pages and be part of our advertising, increasing exposure and personal brand recognition.
- Build-Up Phase for Rent – We allow new PTs to gradually build up their client base before full rental payments begin, easing the transition into a thriving PT career.
