Join the Cartel We're looking for Motivated Personal Trainers to join our team at our Sippy Downs Club. You will be working as a Sub-Contractor within our facility, creating your own hours and growing your business.
Responsibilities- Design personalised health and fitness programs and deliver 1:1 Personal Training and Small Group Training Sessions.
- Build and manage a client base with warm leads provided.
- Be actively involved in Transform8 – participate in the 8-week challenge to gain exposure to members and potential clients.
- Cert III & IV in Personal Training, First Aid / CPR certification, ABN & Insurance. (If you don\'t have these certificates or insurance, keep scrolling and APPLY)
- Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.

- Build-Up Phase for Rent – We allow new PTs to gradually build up their client base before full rental payments begin.

- Not yet qualified and looking to study to become a Personal Trainer? We will be able to work with you and our industry partners to gain the necessary qualifications where you can study in our Club.
