We are seeking Motivated Personal Trainers to join our team at the Sippy Downs Club. You will work as a Sub-Contractor within our facility, creating your own hours and growing your business, while helping members feel welcome from the moment they join and guiding them through their fitness journey.
Key Responsibilities- Design personalised health and fitness programs and deliver 1:1 Personal Training and Small Group Training sessions.
- Build and manage a client base with warm leads provided.
- Be actively involved in Transform8 – participate in the 8-week challenge, gaining exposure to members and potential clients.
- Cert III & IV in Personal Training, First Aid / CPR certification, ABN & Insurance. (If you don\'t have these certificates or insurance, you can still apply.)
- Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
- High energy, charisma and communication skills to engage and motivate members.

- Build-Up Phase for Rent – New PTs can gradually build their client base before full rental payments begin.
