Dean of Learning Enrichment: Lead Strategic Development and Delivery

A dedicated and experienced educator is sought to spearhead the development and delivery of learning support, gifted education, and inclusive practices across Years 7–12.

This key leadership position requires someone with a wealth of experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs, particularly in secondary education.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping a culture of inclusion and academic excellence, working closely with staff, students, and families to ensure every learner is supported to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the school's Learning Enrichment program, including gifted education, remediation, and support for students with disabilities and learning difficulties.
  • Coaching and supporting staff in delivering differentiated and inclusive classroom practices across Years 7–12.
  • Monitoring student progress and using data to inform interventions and teaching adjustments.
  • Championing a culture of high expectations, growth, and belonging for all students.
