About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Ventia. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to public schools, TAFE colleges, and government buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all touch points, including taps, bubblers, handrails, door handles, bathrooms, and desks
  • Mop, sweep, dust, vacuum, and clean toilets
  • Tidy grounds, collect rubbish, and perform leafblowing duties
  • Maintain stock supplies and orders
  • Perform duties as required, with flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary, but a proactive approach and good communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transport to and from work
  • Pass a National Police Check, Pre-Employment Medical, and obtain a paid Working with Children Check prior to commencement
