As a Customer Service Trolley Collection Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our Proactive Services team at Woolworths Charlestown Square. As a Trolley Collection Driver, you will be responsible for collecting trolleys from car parks and surrounding areas, using a vehicle provided by the company. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure all trolleys are collected and returned to their designated bays.

Responsibilities
  • You will drive a trolley collection vehicle to collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding suburbs.
  • You will push trolleys up a ramp onto the vehicle and then return them to the trolley bays.
  • You will also be responsible for collecting trolleys left in and around the store and returning them to their designated bays.
  • In addition to your primary responsibilities, you may also be required to complete cleaning and waste disposal tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • You must hold a full Australian driver's license or international equivalent.
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as you will be transitioning from driving a vehicle to physically collecting and loading trolleys throughout your shift.
  • You must be available to work across Monday to Sunday, with shifts starting from 6am or 4pm.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential for this role.
