
Senior Compliance Investigator

Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance, supervision, mentoring, and support to colleagues in investigation work.
- Undertake complex investigations, complaints management, review of contested infringement notices, and contribute to enforcing legislation within the municipality.
- Supervise staff in compliance enforcement and deliver high level investigation and complaints management service provision.
- Proven experience working in a regulatory or law enforcement background.
- Experience in negotiation and mediation with people and external stakeholders in high conflict situations.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying legislation and regulations.
- Ability to manage difficult situations and people effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
