
Investigative Compliance Expert

As a Senior Investigation and Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-level investigation and complaints management services to our Regulatory Services division.
This role is key to the delivery of our City's Community Plan, encompassing:
- Investigation management
- Complaints management
- Community education and engagement activities
- Stakeholder relationships
- Supervision of Rangers in compliance enforcement
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in regulatory or law enforcement environments.
- Expertise in negotiation and mediation with diverse stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of legislation and regulations.
- Ability to conduct complex investigations and provide recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong administrative skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Capacity to prepare prosecution briefs for court proceedings.
- Hold a Senior First Aid Certificate and OCHRE card (or ability to obtain).
- Hold a relevant qualification in Government Investigations (or equivalent).
