
Senior Compliance and Enforcement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Investigation Officer to join our team.
The role of the Investigation Officer is crucial in ensuring that our community remains safe and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in investigation work, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into alleged breaches of Council By-Laws and other relevant legislation
- Prepare and present reports to senior management
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent non-compliance
- Maintain accurate records of all investigations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in investigation work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of integrity and discretion
