Strategic Supply Chain Lead

This is a strategic opportunity to lead category strategies across the organization, managing supplier performance, reducing costs, and driving innovation through the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies to ensure competitive costs and reliable supply;
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management with a focus on risk reduction and long-term partnerships;
- Actively manage supplier performance to meet business key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Deliver commercial outcomes through cost savings, process efficiency, and supply chain resilience.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in business, engineering, science, or related field;
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably with exposure to chemicals or manufacturing;
- Strong experience sourcing packaging or direct materials;
- Commercially sharp with proven contract negotiation skills;
- Ability to manage complex stakeholders and influence outcomes across a business;
- SAP ERP exposure is an asset.
