As a Strategic Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the procurement and scheduling of raw materials to ensure timely delivery and adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to meet customer response times.
  • Manage daily schedules considering capacity and material availability to guarantee an appropriate inventory level.
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve material shortages and achieve service level targets.
  • Maintain quality, safety, and industrial hygiene standards in all operations.
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to implementing a Planning Strategy aligned with company needs.

Additionally, as a Strategic Supply Chain Manager, you will:

  • Monitor workload and calendars to maintain department balance.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Achieve and maintain KPI targets while ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
  • Provide accurate forecasts to procurement teams.
  • Produce regular reports on team performance and distribute them to stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring the Supply Chain Team.
  • Managing team performance, providing ongoing feedback, and addressing behavior and job performance issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Expertise in ERP/MRP systems.
