Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional UI/UX Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for designing and delivering user-centric solutions that meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX research and UI design, with experience working in agile teams and proficiency in tools like Miro, Slack, Adobe XD, and Figma.

  • Lead Discovery-Phase Design Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs and develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
  • Conduct User Interviews and Synthesize Insights: Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Translate Research Findings into Design Assets: Deliver high-quality UI design assets using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
  • Ensure Seamless End-to-End User Experience: Iterate and refine designs through validation and usability testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Background in UX Research and UI Design: Hands-on experience with both UX research and UI design is essential.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Proficient in tools such as Miro, Slack, Adobe XD, and Figma.
