About the Role

Pilbara Minerals is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our team in West Perth. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide expert advice and support to our business leaders and stakeholders on remuneration, benefits, and policy matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct salary analysis and provide recommendations using external market data and internal relativities
  • Manage company-wide remuneration review and bonus and incentive schemes
  • Provide advice to business leaders on incentive schemes and monitor, review, and update existing HR policies and procedures
  • Research and benchmark new policies and procedures, and prepare and submit data for the annual WGEA reporting
  • Provide support in researching and implementing new HR systems and processes
About You
  • Formal tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in an HR remuneration or generalist role, ideally within the mining industry
  • In-depth knowledge of remuneration and benefits processes and best practice
  • Current working knowledge of HRIS and experience in WGEA Reporting and Aon submissions
