Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as an Educational Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and mentor educators to deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of young children.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of educators, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of engaging, play-based programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • You will also be responsible for collaborating with other leaders to develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring continuity and consistency across the service.
  • Additionally, you will work closely with educators to identify areas for professional development, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance their skills and knowledge.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times to suit your needs. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Experience in leading and managing teams, with a proven track record of achieving results
