Job Title: Horticulturist

Overview:

Flower Power is a leading retailer of garden and lifestyle products operating 10 stores across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers purchasing nursery items.
  • Manage the day-to-day organization of the outdoor nursery area maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Identify and maintain plant stock with good knowledge of plant identification and gardening/plant experience.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • A hands-on attitude with strong initiative and enthusiasm for working outdoors.
  • Customer service and sales experience with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented enthusiastic and energetic with a passion for the garden and nursery business.
  • A relevant qualification in Horticulture (Certificate II III) or equivalent experience.
