About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our garden centre as a Horticulturalist. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service, advice and facilitate sales of nursery items.

The primary role involves maintaining a clean and organised outdoor nursery area, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and providing excellent verbal and written communication skills to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the outdoor nursery area
  • Contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers
Requirements:
  • A horticulture qualification and/or previous experience is essential
  • A 'hands on' attitude and ability to work outdoors is required
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills are necessary
  • You must be a team orientated, enthusiastic and energetic individual
