The role of a Support Worker involves supporting individuals in various aspects of their daily lives, including recreational activities, daily living skills, health and hygiene, medication administration, and attending appointments. You will also be responsible for ensuring positive behavior support plans are followed and completing administrative duties.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build effective working relationships, and a passion for providing service and assistance. You will also require experience with dementia and associated medications, as well as previous experience or willingness to train in manual handling and medication administration.
