We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the management of our prestigious commercial assets in Perth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in property management and be skilled in leading high-performing teams.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Managing a portfolio of premium commercial properties, ensuring seamless operations and maximum returns.
  • Leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improve occupancy rates, and enhance the overall value of our properties.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in property management, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • A valid WA Real Estate License.
