About the Opportunity

This is a unique chance to work on high-impact projects that span global employment documentation, compliance and people integration in a multi-jurisdictional environment.

As a seasoned Senior HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing employment documentation across 40+ jurisdictions. You will be responsible for creating templates and drafting/reviewing contracts, as well as supporting people-related projects for hybrid and fully remote workers.

This role requires a strategic thinker with high attention to detail who can align and scale employment terms, working conditions, and SOPs globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employment documentation across 40+ jurisdictions

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR specialist roles with international scope
