Accounts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team at Woods & Co Recruitment. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day administrative and financial tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of office functions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Purchase Orders and ensure timely processing of monthly stock orders.
- Respond to office-related inquiries, handling emails and calls from clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Adjust employee schedules on Deputy as required, and add new starters to the system.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new staff, ensuring they receive a smooth introduction and proper documentation.
- Send onboarding instructions and setup accounts for new starters in Deputy.
- Assist with staff induction processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Take minutes during fortnightly meetings and distribute them to relevant team members.
- Provide general administrative support to management and the team as needed.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Deputy or similar scheduling software is highly desirable.
- Experience in handling Purchase Orders and general office administration.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems.
