We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team at Woods & Co Recruitment. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day administrative and financial tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of office functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Purchase Orders and ensure timely processing of monthly stock orders.
  • Respond to office-related inquiries, handling emails and calls from clients, suppliers, and team members.
  • Adjust employee schedules on Deputy as required, and add new starters to the system.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new staff, ensuring they receive a smooth introduction and proper documentation.
  • Send onboarding instructions and setup accounts for new starters in Deputy.
  • Assist with staff induction processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Take minutes during fortnightly meetings and distribute them to relevant team members.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and the team as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Deputy or similar scheduling software is highly desirable.
  • Experience in handling Purchase Orders and general office administration.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems.
