Key Responsibilities:
  • Payment Records Management: Maintain and update aging payment records in a systematic and organized manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness of payment data by regularly reconciling and cross-checking information.
  • Payment Method Development: Research and analyze various payment methods to optimize efficiency and reduce processing time, proposing and implementing innovative payment systems and solutions to streamline payment processes.
  • Account Monitoring: Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely payment and collection processes, identifying delinquent accounts and initiating appropriate actions to minimize late payments and outstanding dues.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform regular financial analysis on payment data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues, generating reports and presenting findings to the finance team to support decision-making processes.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess payment processes and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency, collaborating with IT and software development teams to implement system enhancements and updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in payment processing, account management, or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of payment systems, methods, and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel required.
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks based on demand despite changes in work scope or focus.
  • Open-minded, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude with the ability to think outside the box for solutions to complex challenges.
  • Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and a passion for being hands-on in their work.
