About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant with The Andersen Partnership, you'll play a pivotal role in matching exceptional candidates with great clients.
You'll manage theend-to-end recruitment processwhile growing your portfolio and driving business development.
Responsibilities
Manage the360-degree recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to securing placements
Conduct daily candidate searches and build strong talent communities to meet client needs
Consistently achieveKPIs and monthly/quarterly targetswhile growing your client base
Build strong, professional relationships with both candidates and clients
Work collaboratively with the team while maintaining apositive, resilient outlook
What we are looking for
Experience within accounting and finance
Confidence and tact in negotiating terms and closing deals
A strong drive to achieve targets and meet deadlines
Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
