Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse and Operations Leader to spearhead the efficient management of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will oversee safety, quality, and operational excellence while driving continuous improvement and efficiency.

In this role, you will work closely with the broader operations team to deliver on performance objectives, optimize inventory management, and enhance customer service outcomes.

About the Role
  • Lead the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of warehouse and dry goods store activities.
  • Drive operational excellence, waste reduction, and cost optimization through Lean principles.
  • Ensure best practice inventory control, accuracy, and system optimization.
  • Develop and deliver warehouse strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and engage team members to build a high-performance culture.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, safety standards, and chain of responsibility requirements.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in warehouse management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) Management.
  • Proven experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
