About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a Project Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining project financial forecasts, managing project documentation, and performing other administrative tasks as required.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain project financial forecasts
  • Manage project documentation
  • Invoice triggering and payment monitoring
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Site Supervisors
  • Assist with data entry and project documentation management

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a billing/finance/project coordination role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated drive and persistence, consistently striving to meet goals
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP essential
  • A high level of energy and professionalism
