Ramp Services Agent Role

Embark on a career in aviation at Canberra Airport with our airport ground services team.

As a key member of our airport operation, you will play a vital role in the behind-the-scenes efforts that keep our airport running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of baggage and cargo
  • Providing cabin cleaning services to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Driving airside to reposition crew and vital ground support equipment
  • Facilitating lavatory and water services to meet the needs of our airline partners

The airport is a fast-paced environment that requires strong personal skills and an effective team player mentality. You must be committed to learning and personal growth, able to stay calm under pressure, and possess excellent presentation and grooming skills. Additionally, you will need to manage your time effectively, be physically fit (as lifting up to 32kg is required), hold a driver's license, speak fluent English, and have basic to intermediate computer skills.
