Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project feasibility and create project plans.
  • Engage with senior management, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects in accordance with building specifications and standards.
  • Manage invoices and claims.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed within deadlines and budgetary requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary or trade qualification in a building-related discipline.
  • Experience as a Contracts Administrator or Site/Project Engineer desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organise, communicate, and display good time management skills.
