Education Director

This role plays a pivotal part in our organisation's mission to prioritise the dignity, justice and equity for all children and families. Our approach focuses on national reform and evidencing a new way of working that privileges First Nations knowledge systems and practice.
Our integrated system is centred on learning, development and wellbeing, responding to the child and their family through key transition points from pre-birth to young adulthood. This acknowledges the cultural, social, and economic strength of our communities, building on this over a generation to ensure a future for our children and grandchildren that gives them freedom, opportunity and rights to their culture and identity.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both Early Years and Primary School learning, curriculum and resource development, excellent communication skills, strong people skills and a collaborative worker - teamwork, facilitation, supervision and liaison. A current full driver's license is also required.
